New Round of Layoffs

Macy’s has a new round of Layoffs for the new year.  They are eliminating jobs, and making people, reapply for their same job.  How stupid is that?  Reapply for your same job…  Again, incompetence reigns supreme at Macy’s.  Jackass Lundgren, is coming up with new ways to show his stupidity.  He is so spooked by the many and I mean many costly mistakes, that he is coming up with new and even more bizarre plans.   The stock remains in the toilet, and he has no idea how to fix the mess he has made.  With the new structure, less people doing more work, customer service is going to suffer even more than it already has.  By Christmas 2010 some of the customers that were gained this year will be lost.  The stock is going to tank yet again.  The Macy’s management team, is in panick mode, and as always, you the customer will suffer.
