Another Merry Christmas at Macy’s

Here’s another look at the mentality that is Macy’s.  Being the holiday season and all, people and managers bring in lots of food to share with the store staff.  Knowing this,  Macy’s security dept.  places a camera on an open box of candy.  Then when an unsuspecting person walks by, and eats one,,, they fire them for theft.   They also do this with dollar bills placed on the floor.  Now first of all, this is entrapment.  Second of all,  placing a camera on an open box of candy, makes you an ASSHOLE.   So the A in Macy’s must stand for asshole.  Security dept in Macy’s, has to catch a certain number of  thieves each month, so as to not get a bad report.  Since they are too stupid, or grossly inadequate to catch any real shop lifters, they resort to trapping the help.  A first offense for even taking the candy, should have been a written warning.  They didn’t open the box, nor did they take anything from the selling floor.  I hope this guy gets a good Lawyer.  Just another happy holiday story from your Macy’s… Yes Virginia, there is an ASSHOLE.   And he runs Macy’s.
