I finally found out what Macy’s stands for.
Make A Customer Yell
This is what they are doing at a record pace. Their customer service is the poorest in the retail business. The Management treats the associates so poorly, that they don’t care about you, or the company. They just show up to get paid.
The coupon. They print coupons, because the customer wants them, yet they put so many restrictions on them, that they are all but useless. 1 out of 10 items apply to the coupon. I have seen customers, leave the merchandise at the register, and walk away because of this.
Macy’s is Stupid, because dumbass Lundgren is Stupid.
Shop somewhere else, you’ll be doing yourself a favor.
